Hålin is a sewing pattern for women’s joggers in sizes 32 to 48: comfy sweat trousers for home and out and about, with contrast side stripes, angular pocket openings, a back yoke and a split waistband with drawcord. You choose between full length with cuffs, full length with a hem or 7/8 length. Sew them in French terry, summer sweat or Romanit jersey (ponte). Hålin is suitable for beginners too, and a sewing video on YouTube shows you every step.
About the pattern
Hålin is a relaxed pair of joggers with a sporty look and lovingly designed details. They have contrast side stripes, angular pocket openings, a back yoke and a split waistband with drawcord and loops. Especially practical: the side stripe runs straight into the hem cuff.
One pair of joggers, three finishes:

- ✓ 7/8 length with cuffs – sporty for summer

Fabric & sizes
Fabric choice:
The pattern is designed for knit fabrics. French terry, summer sweat and Romanit jersey (ponte) work particularly well.
You will also need: seam tape or Vlieseline H410/H180, drawcord, thread (e.g. Seraflex for topstitching), 3 cm wide elastic and, if you like, ready-made tape for the loops.

Hålin comes in 9 sizes from 32 to 48. For plus sizes 46 to 62, Hålin is available as a separate sewing pattern. You’ll find the size chart further down this page, and directly below it the size calculator helps you choose your size.
