Shipping policy

1. Digital products (PDF sewing patterns & e-books)

As a rule, our products are exclusively digital content – for example PDF files with sewing patterns, instructions, e-books or design templates.
No physical shipping takes place for these.

Provision:

  • The download link is displayed immediately after successful payment.

  • You will also receive the link by e-mail (provided a valid address has been given).

  • The download can be accessed at any time in your customer account.

Technical requirements:
An internet-enabled device and, where applicable, software for opening PDF files (e.g. Adobe Reader).

2. Hybrid product: A0 paper pattern sheet (printed + digital)

If you select the A0 paper pattern sheet option, you will receive a professionally plotted A0 sheet by post in addition to the digital product.

What you get:

  • Digital sewing pattern as PDF (incl. A4, A0, projector format)

  • Printed A0 sheet (black and white, folded using the Munich fold)

Delivery time:
1-3 working days

Choosing your size:
To ensure a clear printout, please select 1 size per pattern. Use the size calculator beforehand.

Shipping costs (net):

  • 1–3 A0 sheets: €2.49

  • 4–6 A0 sheets: €3.59

  • 7 or more A0 sheets: €6.90

📦 Tip: You can combine several sewing patterns with the A0 option – the shipping costs are based on the total number of A0 sheets in your basket.
