Right of withdrawal
For physical products (e.g. paper pattern sheets):
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
For digital products (e.g. PDF downloads):
The right of withdrawal expires early if the download or the performance of the digital content has begun and you have expressly consented to performance of the contract beginning before the end of the withdrawal period.
By purchasing a digital product from Seamone, you expressly consent to our beginning performance of the contract (provision of the download) before the end of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal thereby expires (§ 356(5) BGB, German Civil Code).

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For physical products: The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
For digital products: The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, provided the download has not yet begun.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Seamone, e-mail: mail@seamone.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For physical products: You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For digital products: No return is necessary, as these are provided as a download – provided the download has not yet begun.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Important notes:
The right of withdrawal expires:
- For digital content, if performance of the contract has begun and you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period
- For physical products, not early - the full 14-day right of withdrawal applies here
