Kvill is a sewing pattern for a kids’ troyer jumper in sizes 98 to 164: straight-cut, with maritime charm and a square neckline. Choose from three collar versions, plus an add-on shoulder yoke and sleeve pocket with flap. The hem and sleeves finish with ribbing.
About the pattern
Version 3.0 – new instructions
What’s new? The instructions have been completely redesigned: every step illustrated, clickable contents and versions, with a width adjustment. The pattern has been reworked, the pieces are numbered as in Kvill Women and Men, and the A4 file can be printed by version. Plus every size as its own A0 file, a cutting checklist and the instructions in English. If you have already bought the pattern, you can download the latest version from your customer account.

Fabric & sizes
Fabric:
The pattern is designed for knits. Chunky knits and sweatshirt fabric work especially well; the collar and hood are lined with jersey. Depending on the size you need 0.9–1.3 m main fabric (140 cm wide), 0.4–0.5 m jersey and ribbing, plus a zip (14–24 cm) for the stand-up collar.

Kvill comes in 12 kids’ sizes from 98 to 164. Choose the size by your child’s height – no length adjustment is needed. If chest, waist or hip differ, blend the width between sizes. You will find the size chart further down this page.

Printed A0 sheet, folded: one size in black and white, 2–3 sizes in colour
Size selection:
Choose up to 3 sizes per sheet (at most two size steps apart). From 2 sizes we print in colour so you can tell the lines apart – €2 extra per A0 sheet, shown when you pick your sizes. For each further size on a separate sheet, use the option “additional size (no PDF)” per pattern. Feel free to use the size calculator.
