Hålin is a sewing pattern for men’s joggers in 16 sizes from 42 to 74: comfortable sweatpants for home and out and about, with a contrast side stripe, angular pocket openings, a back yoke and a split waistband with a drawcord. You choose between full length with cuffs, full length with a hem or shorts – for every season. Sewn in French terry, lightweight sweatshirt fabric or ponte (Romanit jersey). A sewing video on YouTube shows you every step.
About the pattern
Hålin is a pair of casual joggers with a contrast side stripe and striking design details: angular pocket openings, a back yoke, a split waistband with a drawcord and loops, and a side stripe that flows stylishly into the hem cuff.
One pair of trousers, three finishes:

Fabric & sizes
Fabric choice:
The pattern is designed for knit fabrics. French terry, lightweight sweatshirt fabric and ponte (Romanit jersey) work particularly well.
You’ll also need: seam tape or Vlieseline H410/H180, a drawcord, thread (e.g. Seraflex for topstitching), 3 cm wide elastic and, if you like, ready-made tape for the loops.

Hålin for men comes in 16 sizes from 42 to 74. The e-book contains two pattern sheets: Basic for EU 42–58 and Plus for EU 56–74 – simply print the sheet that fits your size. There is no EU 60 in Hålin: if you’re in between, choose EU 62. The instructions and size chart cover all sizes. You’ll find the size chart further down this page, and right below it the size calculator helps you choose your size.
