Visby is a sewing pattern for a women’s zip-up sweat jacket in sizes 32 to 48: a playful, feminine cardigan-style jacket with a ruffled flounce at the hem and sleeves – or sew the sleeves the classic way with ribbing. You choose between a hood and a stand collar, so it also works as a sweat jacket without a hood. Sewn in sweatshirt fabric, lightweight sweatshirt fabric or French terry.

About the pattern

You can choose between two collar options: a cosy hood or a simple stand collar. That way you can create your very own style – sporty, romantic or both!

One jacket, two collars:

  • ✓ Hood – sporty hooded jacket
  • ✓ Stand collar – sweat jacket without a hood
  • ✓ Ruffled flounce or ribbing – playful or classic

Fabric choice:

The pattern is designed for knit fabrics. Sweatshirt fabric, lightweight sweatshirt fabric and French terry work particularly well. For the hood lining you can also use jersey.
