Lyse is a sewing pattern for women’s straight-leg trousers in sizes 32 to 50: loose and flowing, with an on-trend paperbag waistband that is partly elasticated, and a faux fly – no zip needed. You close the waistband with a tie, a drawcord, or a faux drawcord with eyelets. Sewn in linen, Lyse becomes airy linen trousers; in viscose, Tencel or chambray it drapes especially fluidly; and in soft needlecord it turns into corduroy trousers for autumn. About the pattern
You can choose to sew Lyse with ties, a drawcord, or a faux drawcord with eyelets. The perfect summer trousers – feminine, comfortable and easy to style in lots of ways.

Fabric choice:
The pattern is designed for woven fabrics. Soft, drapey fabrics such as woven viscose, Tencel, chambray, linen or similar materials work especially well. For autumn, soft needlecord is a good choice too.
