Kvill is a sewing pattern for a men's troyer (zip-neck jumper) in sizes 44 to 64: a relaxed-fit jumper with maritime charm and a striking square neckline. You can choose between a hood, a shawl collar and a stand collar with zip. Kvill looks best in sailor knit or knitted fabric, combined with ribbing for the stand collar. Two sewing videos on YouTube show you every step.
About the pattern
Version 3.0 – new instructions
What's new? The instructions have been completely redesigned: 26 pages, every step illustrated, with clickable contents and versions. Length, width and stomach (FSA) adjustments are explained step by step. Also new: the shoulder yoke and sleeve pocket add-ons, an A4 file in which you can print each collar version separately, and each size as its own A0 file. The pattern is now also available in English. If you've already bought the pattern, you can download the latest version from your customer account.

Fabric & sizes
Fabric choice:
The pattern is designed for knit fabrics. Sailor knit, chunky knit or sweatshirt fabric work especially well. The collar and hood are lined with jersey, and the hem and sleeves finish with ribbing. For the add-ons you'll need a little woven fabric.
