Hålin is a sewing pattern for men’s joggers in plus sizes 56 to 72: with contrast side stripes, angular pocket openings, a back yoke and a split waistband with drawcord. Sew them full length with cuffs, full length with a hem or as shorts. Hålin is suitable for beginners too, and a sewing video on YouTube shows you every step.
About the pattern
Hålin is a relaxed pair of joggers with contrast side stripes and lots of special design details: angular pocket openings, a back yoke, a split waistband with drawcord and loops, and a side stripe that flows elegantly into the hem cuff.
One pair of joggers, three finishes:

- ✓ Short – sweat shorts for summer

Fabric & sizes
Fabric choice:
The pattern is designed for knit fabrics. French terry, summer sweat or Romanit jersey (ponte) work particularly well.
You will also need: seam tape or Vlieseline H410/H180, drawcord, thread (e.g. Seraflex for topstitching), 3 cm wide elastic and, if you like, ready-made tape for the loops.

Hålin for men comes in 9 plus sizes from 56 to 72 (XL–5XL). For sizes 42–58, Hålin is available as a separate sewing pattern. You’ll find the size chart further down this page, and directly below it the size calculator helps you choose your size.
